Supporting with downsizing and moving, finding home care services or helping individuals and families with finding the right care home. If you would benefit from accompanied visits to see care homes, please get in touch.
Administrative and Welfare Support
Guiding families through applications for benefits (Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit), Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and completing necessary forms. Ensuring effective administrative support and organisation of paperwork at home.
Vitality and Living a Flourishing Life
Providing help and advice in aspects of wellbeing including organising events and outings, meal planning and grocery support, bill management, budget planning, helping with staying connected to family members and organising hobbies.

Welcome to Flourish Eldercare. I’m Delyth and I specialise in supporting families with the complex challenges of caring for aging loved ones. With over 12 years of experience managing elderly care needs—navigating the NHS, social care systems, and supporting with benefits and lasting power of attorney applications —I offer clear, professional guidance and tailored solutions.
With a background in consulting on special needs and disabilities (https://delythsendconsulting.com/) and counselling, I understand the need to protect and empower the most vulnerable. I also understand the pressures of balancing caregiving responsibilities with work and distance from loved ones.
Flourish Eldercare offer a comprehensive range of services to support families in every aspect of caring for older people, including decluttering and home organisation to ensure a safe and functional living environment, providing guidance on essential matters such as applying for benefits (e.g., Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit), setting up Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) applications, and coordinating home care services, to work with multidisciplinary teams ensuring a holistic approach to care.

We offer a range of packages including:
Initial Consultation
- £80 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Includes a home visit to assess all your needs and priorities and a follow up report with suggestions.
Essentials Package (Popular Choice)
- £380 for 5 hours (used flexibly over a month)
- Decluttering & home organisation
- Wellbeing support (e.g. meal planning, grocery support, exercise guidance)
- Appointment booking & reminders
- Admin support (forms, bill management)
Lifestyle and Independence Support
- £780 for 10 hours (used flexibly over 2 months) includes everything in the Essentials Package plus:
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Tech assistance (subscription cancellations, support with smart phones)
- Event planning and hobby assistance
Monthly Membership (Best for Ongoing Support)
Ideal for clients who need occasional assistance and a limited amount of support each month.
- 4 hours/month general support → £310
- 6 hours/month general support → £460
- 8 hours/month general support → £620
